What is your cancellation and refund policy for Fresh flower orders?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend a booking or flower order with Blooming Flair in Shoreditch, London, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bloomingflair.co.uk.Fresh flower orders and bouquetsAs our bouquets and floral arrangements are made using fresh, perishable flowers, cancellations or changes should ideally be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection. Where we have not yet purchased, prepared or arranged the flowers for your order, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.For same-day, next-day or orders already being prepared, we may be unable to offer a cancellation or refund due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our flowers.

Cancelling a Flower Workshop?

Flower workshopsIf you need to cancel a flower workshop booking, please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop date for a refund or to move your booking to another available session.For cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop, we may not be able to provide a refund as flowers and materials are ordered in advance. However, where possible, we will try to help you transfer your booking to another date. You may also contact us if you would like someone else to attend in your place.

Private workshops, group bookings, corporate events, studio hire and wedding flowers

Accepted Answer

These bookings are planned specifically around your event, guest numbers, flowers and requirements. Cancellation and deposit terms may therefore vary and will be confirmed as part of your individual booking or event agreement.If Blooming Flair needs to cancel a workshop or booking, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund for the affected booking.If you're unsure whether your booking can be changed or cancelled, please get in touch, we're always happy to help.
