Welcome to Blooming Flair, a flower studio and shop on Fashion Street in Spitalfields, East London, where I teach flower workshops, design wedding flowers, and put together bouquets for the everyday moments that deserve a little more colour.
How It Started
Floristry found me by accident, if I'm honest. But it didn't stay an accident for long.
My first job was at The Real Flower Company, straight after graduating, and the moment I got my hands on scented garden roses and armfuls of soft herbs for a bouquet, something clicked. It brought back memories of my childhood, and I knew then that floristry wasn't an accident at all; it was exactly where I was supposed to end up.

Learning From London's Best
From there, the journey continued. I went on to work alongside some of London's most respected florists, including Philippa Craddock, known around the world for the flowers she created for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding, as well as Botanique Workshop and Rebel Rebel. Across those years, I designed flowers for more weddings and events than I can count, and tied more hand-tied bouquets than I'll ever remember.
Why I Started Blooming Flair
All of that experience pointed me toward one thing I kept coming back to: I wanted to share what I'd learned, not just use it. That's the whole idea behind Blooming Flair.
Our flower workshops in Spitalfields combine hands-on practice with real floristry know-how, making it a therapeutic and relaxing activity.
Whether you're making your first flower crown or spending an afternoon learning to build a seasonal bouquet from scratch, I still think the best way to fall for flowers is to get your hands into them, so have a look at what's coming up and come and learn something new.
What We Do
Teaching is only part of what we do. I still design wedding flowers for couples getting married across London, from soft, romantic arrangements to loose, wild bouquets that look like they were picked that morning.
